⭕ The Rim — Coffee Cup Reading
The rim of the cup represents the present moment and the days just ahead. Symbols that appear near the rim are the most urgent messages in the reading — they are already arriving or about to arrive.
What the rim tells you
When a reader says a symbol is 'at the rim,' they mean it sits near the top edge of the cup's interior, closest to where you drank. This is the most active and immediate zone. A heart at the rim means fresh affection is already on its way. A key at the rim means the answer is right in front of you. The rim is where the cup speaks loudest and clearest.
